This seed mix is inspired by the beautiful prairies of eastern MT. It is dominated by Western Wheatgrass (50%), a sod-forming native grass that is ideal for establishing new areas and reducing erosion. This mix also contains bunchgrasses and colorful wildflowers.
Expect the species in this mix to range from 10-36in tall, depending on irrigation.
Recommended for full sun (6+ hours/day), although this mix will tolerate some shade.
This mix includes over 10 native grass and wildflower species, and may change slightly as seed avaialbility shifts.
