This position involves working with a production team on all aspects of plant care, from seed sowing to shipping, including tasks such as soil mixing and Greenhouse/Shade house maintenance. The ideal candidate has experience in a related field, good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for 3-4 hours. We seek local applicants who share our passion for this beautiful region and desire a diverse and flexible workplace where they can work hands-on with native plants, both indoors and outdoors!

The nursery values community and is especially interested in local candidates who share a love for the Bitterroot region.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and attention to detail. Candidates should be capable of lifting 50 pounds and standing for 3-4 hours. The nursery values community and is especially interested in local candidates who share a love for the Bitterroot region. This is a seasonal position with the opportunity to return for multiple seasons.
